To use Hotsync to exchange data between platform versions of Life Balance, you must use the current versions of the software which are designed to work together.
Life Balance v4 is the ONLY version on the Macintosh that will sync with Life Balance v3.4 for Palm. Life Balance Versions 3.3 and 3.4 for Windows both have conduits that recognize the Life Balance v3.4 format on Palm.
