The iPhone sync server was unable to start due to an unknown exception
This error message can occur on Windows if Apple's Bonjour for Windows is not installed. The iPhone sync feature of Life Balance requires Bonjour for Windows 1.0.5 or later.
You can check to see if Bonjour is installed by going to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs and looking for "Bonjour" in the list of currently installed programs. If you select Bonjour and click on the "Click here for support information" link, the version listed should be 1.0.105 or later, which corresponds to Bonjour for Windows 1.0.5.
