Are there educational and military discounts?

Llamagraphics does offer discounts on desktop and Palm for students, teachers, others with educational status, and those in the military. There are no discounts for iPhone/iTouch Life Balance purchases. The available discounts are one-time only discounts to get you started - the discount won't be extended to paid upgrades or add-ons.
Educational discounts, with proof of student/educational/military status are:
$10 off desktop/palm
$8.50 off desktop only
$5 off Palm-only
Discounts of this sort are handled manually - so the purchase must be made at full price from our orders page:

This is the procedure:
Open a ticket through the support center with your request for a discount, and information about your educational or military status.
When we give the go-ahead, purchase your license/licenses from the orders page.
Notify us that you have purchased.
Then the helpdesk will take care of issuing a credit against your transaction. Once again, we can only offer this discount if you purchase from our orders page.
