I like to have CDs just in case my computer crashes.

It makes me nervous not to have a backup CD of Life Balance software - could you send me one???Solution:
Llamagraphics maintains a downloads page -http://www.llamagraphics.com/downloads/index.php
where you can go to download a fresh copy of Life Balance whenever you please at no charge. This is the 'real' software - all it needs is your license. If you don't have your license, we can send it to you, given an email address and/or name as a locator!
We only send out CDs in cases of unusual need (no internet connection, for example) since the software is always available to you online.
