I want to make sure you will provide support if I need it! Or - I have a problem! What should I do?

Llamagraphics is committed to supporting our customers... in fact we enjoy hearing from you!

Since we are getting more support questions as we grow, there are some things that you can do to help us out when you contact us.

Open a ticket and when you do, be sure to mention if you are using the iPhone, iTouch, Palm, Mac or Windows edition of the software.

Let us know what version of Life Balance you are using, and what version of the operating system you are using on each platform. See if you can find the answer to your question in the knowledgebase - we are adding new information all the time!

If you are using a Palm handheld, let us know the model.

If you post your question in the User Forums, you probably won't need to open a ticket as well. If you do open a ticket, you may want to hold off posting in the User Forums. Opening a ticket is usually faster and more certain. In any case, be sure to let us know if you post in both places so that we can track the question and responses appropriately.

Remember that we are a small company handling many thousands of customers. We usually respond quickly and personally to all the messages we receive, and you are talking directly to the development team.
