Life Balance 5.0.5 for Windows

We've just posted Life Balance 5.0.5 for Windows. We recommend that all of our Windows customers install the free update. It is a minor bug-fix release of Life Balance that will be beneficial to all our Windows customers.

One set of changes involves the system that our Palm HotSync conduit uses to talk to the main application, and that the main application uses to talk to itself. We've removed some old legacy code so that this communication is simpler and more reliable. This should eliminate some "WithDocumentClosedInLB" errors in the HotSync log, and keep things working smoothly if two users are running Life Balance simultaneously under Windows' fast user switching.

We've also eliminated some temporary objects that were being created by a handful of menu commands like "Postpone Until...". It turns out that these objects were causing some very intermittent "null reference" errors that could occur many commands later or when quitting from the program.

The latest release is available now, and we sincerely hope you find it helpful.

Enjoy!
