New knowledgebase article: how to use Dependency Walker to troubleshoot Windows conduit issues

Normally, when you install Life Balance on Windows, and you later acquire a Palm device, you can use the "Install Palm Software..." menu item to install the Palm conduit.
It is possible to run into circumstances where the conduit still doesn't show up in the HotSync Manager.
Most of the time, you can solve that easily by restarting the Hotsync Manager or restarting the Windows computer. It can even be necessary to do a clean install of the Palm Desktop software if you have migrated from one Palm OS device to another.
Very rarely, the problem persists after a clean install of the Palm Desktop software. At that point, it can be helpful to distinguish between problems involving the registry of the conduit where the conduit does not load at all and problems where the conduit is loading but an error message is not being displayed.
This new knowledgebase article in the support center explains how to use the Dependency Walker (depends.exe) to troubleshoot this unusual problem.
