They will have to format my PC. What happens to my license code??

Hi. I'd be very grateful if you could answer this question:

My PC is not working correctly so my computer technician is going to Format my PC.
The most important question is:
Will I be able to use my license code again? (I hope, 'cause I've bought it just a few weeks ago!) and if I do a back-up will it sync easily when I download LB again?

Hello there Carolina,

Yes. Your license will still be valid. I sent your license to you via email from the ticket that you opened.

You may want to print that license code out to keep it handy. You should be able to sync from the restored backup.
Are you syncing to iPhone or Palm?

From the iPhone, it should be the simplest. If Palm, you may have to reinstall Palm Desktop and the Life Balance conduit. But that depends on whether or not they can restore the Windows registry. You can cross that bridge when you come to it. The Palm conduit is the only part of Life Balance that has any dependence on the registry. The rest of the program does not.
