All tasks missed from ToDo list
Hi,
I don't know what's happened but LB for Windows doesn't show any tasks in ToDo list though everything ok in Outline view. iPhone version shows ToList as expected. Tried to play with filters, update/autoupdate but nothing helped.
I can't use LB now. How to fix it?
Several things off the top of my head...
Check the date/time/time zone info on the desktop. If the desktop is wildly different, and most of your tasks are scheduled, then that could offer a clue.
You can open a ticket and send in the file, and we'll be happy to check it for you. Chances are the file itself is fine, since there are data checks throughout the code. We can probably confirm that the file is okay, pretty quickly here.
More likely something with the setup. Have you tried quitting out of Life Balance, restarting the Windows machine, those kinds of things?

Time/date are the same both on iPhone and PC. I can see all my tasks in Outline or Calendar bot ToDo list is empty. I player with places, autoupdate, restarted LB and Windows, nothing helped.
I created a new file and LB works fine with it. May be you are right and my file is corrupted. I will submit a ticket but I couldn't find how I can attach my file to the ticket.

It's late in the day, and I'm tired from digging in the garden all day, and Stuart's been working on a code experiment all day, and I just don't want to ask him to do that right now. :-)
So, taking a look at that will need to wait until tomorrow or better for us would be Monday, if that won't put you out too much.

I appreciate your flexibility and understanding.
We are constantly improving each platform, but can't work on everything at once.
We just posted an update 5.0.5 for Windows at the beginning of this month which included some important changes.
At this moment, the focus is on the next iPhone update. Windows will come around on the cycle again soon. Best thing to do is to send in a "suggestion" to the helpdesk, because it helps us collect and keep track.

We were able to open the file. There's no problem with the file itself. It is fine.
Is there a chance that this may be a license issue, since after the free 30 day trial, those features would be disabled?
