Palm data problem
On my most recent 2 Hotsyncs I have received this message:
The Life Balance conduit detected problems in your Palm data:
Event start date is never (2 times)
Synchronization could not complete because the results would be inconsistent. Your data has not been modified on either platform. Please contact Llamagraphics for assistance.
Life Balance 5.0 synchronization failed
After it first occurred, I did a data check on the Palm (start LB with down pressed) and tried again.
Clues?
I can probably over-write the Palm if necessary.
Problem is likely in calendar

Given the message, I would suspect that the problem is actually data in the Calendar that is inconsistent, rather than in Life Balance. Life Balance detected the issue and reported it. You may need a utility like our Date Rescue, or Pimlico's similar calendar utility.
You could also simply purge the calendar to clear out any old records, which may just get rid of the problem without further ado.

Fixed the calendar
using dbfixit, and still get the same problem.
Watching the hotsync gopast, it seems to work. I see all the expected "Loading wishdb, loading todo db, loading appointment db", etc. all the other stuff goes through fine. then the error at the end.
