Newbie wishes to bring her Palm to do items into LB

OK, I have been down with the GI fever and yucks for two days, but I am sitting upright now. My DH updated our Netframework and I loaded LB. How do I get my tasks to transfer from palm todo into LB tasks or outline? I got a fatal error when I tried to use the preferences in LB on the palm (Zire 31). I have 468 tasks I would rather not lose or re-enter by hand.

I read the manual, I thought, but can't quite figure out where I am going wrong. Please help. My fever is gone now and I have been able to handle solid foods for 12 hours now.
