Plan Plus for Outllok vs Life Balance

Hi, I am a new convert to Apple and I am very happy with Panther and iCal. One of the things I still miss is Franklin's PlanPlus which is fully integrated into Outlook. Is is possible to achive any similar integration or sych between iCal and LB?

Hi Sunny,

I'm not familiar with Franklin's PlanPlus so I don't know the details of how it integrates with Outlook, but if you are also using Life Balance on the Palm, you can sync indirectly to iCal through your Palm. We discuss how you can do this in an FAQ answer at

Briefly, for items in your calendar, events will be synced from Life Balance on the Macintosh to the Palm DateBook in one HotSync and then to iCal in a second HotSync. If you want tasks to sync with iCal as well, you will have to enable To Do List import/export in Life Balance on the Palm. This is an advanced feature though, so do read the documentation on To Do import/export before enabling this feature.
