Insert Bullet using mac shortcut

This doesn't really apply to LB but does anyone know how to enter a bullet in the Mac OS using keyboard shortcuts? And if you do know of any good references for finding these type of shortcuts?

On my keyboard option-Q (Swedish keyboard). Use the Keycaps program to check where various characters are on your keyboard.
