Help needed to set up LifeBalance (on Mac desktop)

I must admit to having a bit of difficulty in setting up my software.
I do have at least some ability on computers yet find the initial set up a bit confusing.
And so many of the comments/posting seem so "OLD" (dated).

I would GREATLY appreciate some time (limited) with someone (on the phone?) to get me past some initial hurdles (like my calendars incorrectly syncing and the HOLIDAYS being displayed in somewhat haphazard fashion), etc.
Would someone be so kind?
Perhaps I can be of assistance to them in some way (I am an attorney and mediator)
