Iphone Calendar Support

Hi

I have been using LB since the good old Palm days and think the software is great. However since moving to the Iphone there seems to be a lack of calendar sync for LB to anything (Windows version) and this is probably going to stop me using LB.
I would like to manage only one calendar in my life :-)
I appreciate the problems syncing the LB calendar with the system Iphone calendar but is there not away to provide support for either the Iphone App or the Windows version to sync to on-line calendars like Google or Yahoo. Even a simple csv / ICAl export would be better than nothing.

I stand corrected. if I have missed some thing or if there is already a solution but I would be grateful for any suggestions.

Thanks

Yes, it and alarm support are still sorely missed

I also have enjoyed LB on Palm. Poor driver support by Palm on Windows 7 has forced me to go with an iPod Touch. I miss the Palm calendar view and alarms. I have missed a few key appt. times due to my reliance on that integration. I have been able to adjust but I hope the puissance of this integration still makes adding it a priority for a future version. Don't get me wrong, no other software does it quite like LB and I am not going anywhere, but it helps me to express my desires.

New iPhone OS version

Both, the calendar access as well as better alarms, should actually be possible with the next version of the iPhone OS. Is someone looking at the possiblities yet?

Since it is just me and Stuart... yes...

Since it is just me and Stuart... yes... someone is looking at that...

Next version of the iPhone OS has a lot of stuff we've been interested in seeing!

iPhone Calendar support

Just a "me-too" here. I used LB back in the Newton days which, for me, only ended 3 years ago when I finally switched to iTouch / iPhone. There are still some things that Newton does better than iPhone and one of them is allowing 3rd-party apps to extend the functionality and usability of built-in apps and system settings.

I've purchased LB for iPhone but lack of Calendar integration has so far stopped me from really using it on a day-to-day basis. Here's hoping that will come about with iPhone OS 4.

BTW, iPhone Calendar is not the greatest app and it could really benefit from some 3rd-party enhancements!

We did build a calendar into Life Balance on iPhone

We did build a calendar into Life Balance on iPhone, so that at least we can integrate well with Life Balance on the desktop, which integrates with iCal.

So, there is functionality there which you may find helpful. If you want to explore it, please read the Mac docs carefully, since with much power comes responsibility.

Calender Integration...again

Hi there,
and first of all thanks for the good work. I've been Lifebalancing on and off since my Palm, and I did start it up again on the iPhone.
Much as I like the calendar you programmed, I am still very much looking forward to you integrating the native iPhone cal, as I need to synch my calendar between work calendar (Lotus Notes) and my private stuff, or edit both all the time. So, I am going via Google, and even if LB does not synch to google, the iPhone cal would. So, from me a very nice.....please?

Best,

Markus
