Hello from Colorado Springs

Hello, my name is Jared and I'm an associate pastor at a church here in Colorado Springs. I run two departments in the church; worship and small groups. Both departments have 20-30 people in them filling various roles. I can be somewhat of an unmade bed as a manager. I'm highly creative, yet enjoy making administrative structures for my departments. I love coming up with new ideas and then sprinting to get them implemented, but suck at followthrough.
I just bought Life Balance to help with organization (I hope!). I have listened to the book "Getting Things Done" and hope to incorporate it into the Life Balance structure. So I'm already hitting some road blocks but I'll talk about them on another thread. Good to be here!
