Exploring
I'm looking for a new task manager/calendar program to replace Entourage on my Mac. I use a Blackberry Curve with Missing Sync as my conduit, as well, and I'm here trying to figure out if I can make all the pieces fit together.
Looking forward to reading and learning.
Thanks!
Julie

Glad to have you in the forums...
Hi there Julie,
We support iPhone for the mobile platform side of things. No Blackberry support at this time. Things can change, so we don't slam doors or burn bridges.
Nevertheless, we are glad to have you participate in the community and to join in discussion since there is a LOT more to be explored than just the technical side. I would appreciate it if you do not promote other applications, (we think that's rude) or try to get technical help on other products. (We have enough work of our own to do.)
Beyond that, though, the topic of living a balanced lifestyle, is fairly wide ranging and inclusive! :-)
Hope that is helpful, and that you enjoy participating in the Life Balance community.

Catherine -- I wouldn't
Catherine --
I wouldn't dream of promoting other apps or ask for tech help in a forum unrelated to the product I'm using, but I would like to make a post asking if anyone has tried what I want to try.
Namely: trying to sync Life Balance to my Blackberry via Missing Sync for the Blackberry.
Because Life Balance syncs w/ iCal and Missing Sync uses sync services -- which is tied into iCal data --
it would follow that you could push data from Life Balance to a Blackberry via Missing Sync.
I was wondering if anyone has had any success with that. So ... would it be OK for me to post something asking other users about this?
Julie
Yup, that's fine!
Yup, that's fine!
Life Balance syncs with iCal via sync services, so anything else that is using sync services should be okay.
I don't know if that is what Missing Sync for Blackberry is doing, but they might be.
You won't get everything, but it definitely could still be useful that way.
