Help exporting LB data to CSV for Verizon smartphone

I'm hoping someone here can help me!

I'm having to migrate from my PalmTX to a smartphone. My carrier is Verizon, so no iPhone for me.

I have been pulling my hair out trying to get my LB tasks out of LB and into a CSV format. I tried exporting my LB data to the Palm task list, but Palm Desktop v6.2.2 doesn't export to CSV. I'm running Vista, so Palm v4.x doesn't work at all.

I tried the CSV conversion tool for my .LBE file here on the LB website and got one record.
