Spring newsletter

Hello Catherine,

just missed the Newsletter for spring, put my "Mail Adresse" right in, put after the sending out.

Please, where can I get that Newsletter now?!

Sure I read your newsletters and other words with great pleasure, maybe we should all give more direct feedback, sorry for that.

The idea with the "real life examples" is great, maybe I could get involved with my training plans and other scenarios of my training for a triathlon. This training is a part of my "all-day-life" now, so the other parts have to get planned aswell :-)

Any ideas how to write such "report", any guidelines or just "free text"?

Yes, it is good to know that people are reading and appreciating the stories and articles too.

Would love to showcase your Triathlon training. That is a very cool project, and participating any kind of sport or athletics takes some planning and you have to work it into time for your other activities. And there are so many benefits to doing it.
