Reinstalling LlamaGraphics Conduit

To cut a saga short - I was having a problem with my PIM Database on my Tre065.

I managed to get that resolved but one of the side affects of this has been that I had to reinstall my Palm Desktop and now seem to have lost the ability to hotsynch my Life Balance Treo650 with my Windows Desktop version.

Can anyone please help me with the "easiest" way to do this.
