Palm and Windows showing different task order

Since updating LB from 3.2.6rc5 to 3.2.6 on my T5 and Windows XP, the tasks in the todo list are showing in a different order on the two platforms. The conduit is set to synchronise the file and I have tried HotSync several times. No errors are reported.
