multiple platforms | working with LB - Outlook - Palm TE2 - Motoq

hello,

i'm starting fresh and need some help from more experienced LBers. i would like to have all current information in one place so working between all devices is my goal. i travel a lot working between phone, laptop (home computer where i also depend on outlook), and desktop (work). I want to keep my task current on all my devices at a minimum but would also like my calendar current on each as well.

i'm using LB version 3.4.1 i have LB desktop on both computers and LB on my palm TE2. i've begun sync between my 2 computers and the TE2 (no problems with that so far). i've read many posts and understand that pocketmirror professional is my best bet at sync'n outlook (calendar and task) with LB. I'd like to understand how to set up the conduit so they sync properly between pocketmirror, outlook, LB on the desktops and the TE2. I'm using vista on the laptop (home computer) and xp on the deskstop (office computer). The phone is a moto q and it seems chapura has a conduit for windows mobile devices that i'm hoping will work if i have a problem with the current Motoq outlook sync conduit.

From previous posts (which were pretty old so i'm hoping there are solid fixes when working between pocketmirror and LB) it seems major problems that occur deal with:

linking tasks by datebook
sync'n task between outlook/LB/Palm
issues with relinking tasks after a problem occurs
conduits crashing

it beginning this fresh start what can i do to eliminate or minimize the above problems from happening as i work between these different platforms/third party options?

under what circumstances would i need to relink? and how can i minimize conduit from crashing?
