Now available - Palm docs in more formats

cewhite's picture

In addition to the PDF and desktop HTML formats already available, you can now download the Advice Book in more formats for convenient reading on your handheld, in the resources area of the web site:

iSilo
RichReader
TealDoc
GutenPalm/WeaselReader
Palm Doc

And our mobile site also includes HTML formatted for your handheld web browser as well as links to these downloadable documentation files.

Enjoy!

RE: Now available - Palm docs in more formats

Thanks Catherine,

BTW, the Isilo version you have still shows some of the .html formatting.

I've made by own copy of the Advice Book from your .html page using Isilo. It's complete with graphics and links. Would you like a copy of it?

Hi Steve,
Thank you! We had already worked on that document - you might want to re-download it and see how we did!
Best wishes (and thank you again!)
Jean

RE: Now available - Palm docs in more formats

Hi

Thanks for putting up more docs

I downloaded the pdf versions for mac and palm and then converted them to palm pdf's using adobes latest software

For both of those docs it reported that they were not "proper", tagged pdf files and that it was therefore going to guess the formatting

no biggie

best

Piers

None of the pdf files are "tagged" pdf.

We are using "xep" by RenderX to generate the pdf files.

You were also hoping to get the Mac docs onto your Palm? (They are mostly similar, so we just did the Palm docs into various Palm reader formats.)

Best wishes,
