The reason for this is that many requests are now repeats that we are familiar with and that are already in our database in one form or another for future consideration. All prior suggestion posts have been preserved, although they are no longer part of the public forums.

Sending your suggestions via email will allow us to track your requests more objectively. More importantly, it will allow us to spend a lot more of our time and effort coding. At this point, we think it is in the best interest of our customers for us to be spending more time developing features than discussing their relative merits and pitfalls in the forums.

With your cooperation, we can concentrate the discussion here on resolving technical support issues, helping customers get started, get more done, get on with it when they get stuck, and use the Life Balance software product line more effectively.
