To Do List won't Update

After a recent crash, LIfe Balance will no longer update my To Do List. Items that I have checked off stay there when I click Update. And items that I have added in the Outline pane do not appear in the To Do list.

My choice for Place is the same as the place for the new items I have created.

Any ideas as to why it will not Update or what to do about that?

I am using version 3.6.7

After the crash, I would check to see if you have your Life Balance license entered, because not having that will prevent the update function from happening too.

If you can't find your license, open a ticket in the support center, and we'll see if we can look it up you records for you in our database.

No To DO List update

You're right - on both counts. 3.2.7 and the registration # is not there. I'll open a support center ticket and see if I can get that from them. I can't find my registration # where I usually keep all of those.
