Bewildered - Life after an accident...
Posted November 2nd, 2007 by concretekisser
I was pointed in the direction of life balance by a disability group...Following an accident in Aug 2006 in which I sustained a TBI, I have no short term memory or executive skills to speak of and I need something that will help me keep track of my life and keep my life on track.
I have no experience with anything like this before and although I have downloaded the free trial I am completely clueless as to how it works.
I am 49 yrs old, female, married and about to take my first steps in returning to work post accident.
That is me.

Hi there "ConcreteKisser!"
Yow! Now I understand your forum name! ouch.
Am I correct, that TBI in this context means "Traumatic Brain Injury?"
I am glad that you are here, a warm welcome is extended to you.... and we and the community here will be happy to help you get started with the software any way we can.
I've been thinking about opening up some new forum areas on the web site probably under "discussion."
I've been thinking that we needed to have an area for discussing all kinds of "work stuff" and other kinds of topics to provide a little more context and meaning and of course fun too!!
I'll go flip the switches on that.... and you can start up the conversation there. :-)
