Synching Palm to New Desktop Install

Just installed Desktop after having used Palm first to create outlines, etc. After installing Desktop, and HotSynching a couple times, my data from Palm doesn't end up in Desktop version.

This is the error that shows up each time in the HotSynch log:

Unhandled SyncErrorCodeException thrown from \Projects-3-2-x\Life Balance\Conduit\Common\PalmDBHandle.cpp, line 67. Error code 0x4004.
Life Balance 3.2.6 synchronization failed

Appreciate someone's help in getting through this.

I did that as well but figured I would have to wait till next week to hear back from that request for support.

Hoping to get lucky with someone who has run into this same problem here over the weekend.
