I resolved an issue with my Palm/Otlook Conduits that I thought that it would be useful to Share.

My Hotsync log was showing OLERR-#### for my Calender Items. Palm Technicla support offered a number or things to try - Updates to the software, restoring Outlook Default folders, etc.

The one that worked for me is - give all recurring tasks and ed date. The issue is: Recurring Calendar Items in LB by default don't have an end date.

Creating End dates for all entries in Outlook (Outlook has a nice 'recurring calendar items' filter)
has solved this issue.
