Message says "Please upgrade your conduit?"

I'm trying to sync with xp from my lifedrive palm device and am getting the message:

The Life Balance data on your handheld is in a newer format that this version of the Life Balance conduit does not understand. Please upgrade your conduit.
Life Balance 3.4 synchronization failed

Any ideas why? I recently bought a treo and am trying to transfer my data over.

Current versions are designed to work together..

The Palm version, the conduit and the Windows version (and Mac version for that matter!) all need to be at the same level for the data to flow back and forth, hither and yon.

So one thing that would explain what you are seeing is if you upgraded just the Palm side when you got the new Treo, but not the Windows side.
