Life Balance "PodCasts"
The Life Balance PodCast channel provides a series of audio tutorials, tips and advice for getting the most out of Life Balance. The focus is on pursuing what's really important to you to actively balance the often conflicting demands of career and personal life.
We're just getting started in the process of developing a set of audio lesson "PodCasts" especially to help first-time Life Balance users understand the concepts behind the software so they can set it up easily. More generally, the content spans topics of personal productivity, time management and everything you need to keep in mind to maintain a healthy balanced lifestyle while you juggle work, family and personal life. Send us email to let us know what you think or to offer suggestions of future topic ideas.
You can also subscribe to the Llamagraphics podcast channel at the iTunes store. The iTunes podcast channel also offers an easy way to introduce Life Balance to your friends, family and colleagues.
Some of the files that are in m4a format may include a simple "video" track slideshow to accompany the audio. The slideshow portion can be viewed in iTunes (in the little window in the bottom left that sometimes displays the album covers), Quicktime, or on a video iPod or iPhone. The MP3 format is suitable for both iPods and other brands of audio player.
