Release notes for Life Balance 3.3

Note that version 3.3 is for Windows XP and Vista only. Life Balance for Macintosh and Palm OS temporarily remain at version 3.2.9 while we continue refining new releases for these platforms.
Users of Windows 95, 98, ME, NT and 2000 should continue to use version 3.2.9 until they are able to upgrade to XP or Vista.
