Life Balance runs on any Palm OS compatible device running Palm OS 3.1 and higher, with approximately 500K of storage for the application and data.

- Built in Outliner to organize tasks into projects
- Ability to reprioritize tasks in a project by dragging a single slider
- Unlimited number of places (similar to categories) used to filter the to-do list view
- Dependencies, so that step B won't appear until step A is completed.
- Routine tasks can be scheduled to happen with a flexible interval rather than scheduling for a particular day and time

- A data integrity mode has been added to the "Emergency Escape Hatch" which will verify the Outline data and repair it if necessary after crashes due to batteries losing charge, third party applications, etc. The escape hatch can be invoked by holding down the down arrow scroll key while launching Life Balance. This also prevents tasks from being imported from the built in to do list.
